Two things should qualify someone to be the architect for your equine project: experience in the project type and the skills needed to complete the work. Of these, relevant experience is the hardest to find. Why? Because equine architecture is a very narrow niche, your local architect may have little or no experience with horse related projects. Compared to the more typical projects of schools, office buildings or medical facilities, the worldwide expenditure on construction projects where the horse is an important factor is a very, very small amount. Opportunity is limited and, therefore, experience is narrowly available to those clients who need such expertise. |
